Problem With Paymentwall Gateway

Hello everyone,

I have problem with payment wall gateway.

Fallowing the instructions here: https://www.paymentwall.com/en/documentation/Blesta/3439

Gateway was installed without any problem, after configuration i want to test it and get blank page after mark paymentwall as payment type...

 

I have already write a message for help to payment wall support, but so far they dont respond so maybe someone here knows how to resolve that problem?

On other things, I never had answer from their support, so not a way for me.

 

Are you aware the transaction cost is one of the more expensive, up-to 20% for mobile payments, depending of countries

Could you please re-check on your Merchant Area (login to: https://api.paymentwall.com/pwaccount/signin), and make sure that your API on project setting should be Digital Goods.

 

If the problem persists, please provide us your project key and we will look into it further.
