Can't Uninstall + Note For Clients

Hello there. 

My problem is that after I install new things like plugins or gateways, I am unable to uninstall them. Basically, I click on the uninstall button but it does not respond! Does not action!

Also - is there a plugin or a way that I can make note for my clients! I mean that I can control at once from the control panel to all clients? The note would be shown on their dashboard.

do you have admin tools plugins installed ? i have see someday it can lead to this bugs , but the new release if fixed .

 

for client note , you can use naja7host plugin client notices .

The other option is do you have CloudFlare? If you do, try seeing if you have the rocket loader, that f*cks up Javascript.

My cloudflare is inactive. Admin tools is not installed. I still have the problem it is weird! I gave my hoster the loging information and he was able to uninstall the plugin! I tried on multiple browsers and different computer too from Chrome and Edge but did not work for me. I can not fix this!

Solved. Firefox was the one working the actions properly.
