Hello - I have installed a paypal standard payment and got a payment of a 1$ from a client. However, I Received the payment 0.67$ - there were a deduction of 0.33 that paypal took! WHAT!

 

I am small site providing multi small services!

Thread of the year :D Not a Blesta issue or even a PayPal issue, they have to make money...

I have to adjust my net income plus the paypal charge so i receive what i planned to earn.

However, when im getting the prize of the thread of the year? lol

Well pay pal fee is not highest..for example 2co charge  0.45$+ some % of transaction..just correct your price to cover fee and that is it..

In most case when some company reach huge number of small payments ...they mostly migrate to payment processor that charge monthly for xxx number of transactions...it is much easier when you have registered company and merchant bank account....because you have more options + it is cheaper..most payment processors don't work with non merchants at all..but it is OK to start as non merchant than when business grow it is easy to register company...but yeah your reaction was funny....WHAT!..Ha-Ha
