How Can I Add Configurable Options To A Package

When I made the package, it shows the dropdown for config options and I select it but when I go to the order form itself to test it, the configurable options don't actually show up

 

Any ideas?

Thank you, I seem to have gotten it to work.

 

One more question regarding the Multicraft addon/module

 

When I am done making the configurable options and then I create a package, it requires me to enter a specific amount of Server RAM but the configurable option itself I made earlier already has it's own specific amount of server RAM. Wouldn't these 2 conflict with eachother?

I believe the configuration options override that.

Ok, I will try it out, just trying to figure out why im getting error/internal server problem when trying to test provisioning for minecraft/multicraft

Tools > logs > click the  multicraft row background

Is it an internal server error on your Blesta installation? Does it take a while before you get the error or does it happen right away? It's possible you may not have enough memory in your php.ini, or the timeout could be too low. Internal server errors can also be unrelated, having to do with a bad PHP extension or any number of things. To find out more, it's best to check the server logs.
