Hi,

 

I am thinking of get a montly license of Blesta and have some quesitons.

 

1. If I get the license through a reseller, who do I get support from?

 

2. Does it support Maxmind fraud check?

 

3. Is email piping supported for support tickets via email?

Just to add, even though the documentation says we don't allow tickets from reseller customers, you can still open tickets and we will respond to them. We are just limited in what we can do.. for example, we can't re-issue your license or upgrade/downgrade, add support & updates etc.. as the reseller is responsible for that.  :blesta:

I don't believe it does on Piping but you can use POP3 or IMAP if you wish. Piping goes sales@yourdomain.com ---> pipe --> Blesta not sales@yourdomain.com --> Email Mailbox --> Pipe -> Blesta.
