what is a good free bootstrap editor that can be used to make template or edit one for blesta?

I googled and found these: http://www.layoutit.com. If you have a mac and a few dollars you can get what I use sometimes: http://www.blocsapp.com

But you will still have to integrate it into Blesta yourself. If you want a theme there's themes on Themeforest.net which cost a few dollars or you can find some free ones on Google.
