Just a good suggestion for cold contacts.

When I receive a contact email from a built in contact form on the website, the email is available in the support section.

With that email ticket, is it possible assign it to the client which I have setup manually within the admin area. If there was a drop down of clients so I can keep the same ticket running for that client.

Good idea ??

I agree and I think it has been brought up before. I'm not sure there are any plans to make changes regarding this but I would guess it's low priority.
