Get a 404 from "Pay Now" URL link within an Invoice Email

I did a test invoice and received an email that says,

Hi John,

An invoice has been created for your account and is attached to this email in PDF format.

Invoice #: 1

Auto debit is enabled for your account, so we'll automatically process the card you have on file on Nov 13, 2016 unless payment has been applied sooner.

Pay Now  (No login required)

If you have any questions about your invoice, please let us know!

When I click it, I get a 404 from "Pay Now" URL link in the email.

Apparently, it takes me to...

http://www.mywebsitename.com/client/pay/method/1/?sid=Mc7YZhw8ZzaWzxBjuwCUg6Em7tVVy%2BvfyORwzs%2BdOBE%3D

 

Instead of to my SUB-domain at...

support.mywebsitename.com

What's the actual URL that it's trying to direct you to and what is the source code in the invoice template file?
