Hello everyone I am selecting a product from logicboxes the client, it performs the whole process correctly but, as pending until the administrator is activated. At the moment of entering as administrator and managing the previous process to activate, it shows a form where you enter the name of the domain that is blank but previously the client is already in the name of the domain that this problem is due. Sounds like either the cron isn't running correctly or it's the information above:

Domain name: yourdomain.com

nameserver 1: ns1.hostdomain.com

nameserver 2: ns2.hostdomain.com

The domain will not provissioned with logicboxes until the service has a balid domain and nameservers.
