On the homepage I think it would make things alot easier if the system overview widget had a field on the left under recurring invoices that showed the number of tickets awaiting reply.

 

I think this would help make Blesta even more user friendly.

Awaiting Reply is a ticket status that is awaiting a reply from a client. Is that what you would like to show? I would think the Open status might be better for admins.

Oh I've re-read his, I believe he's looking for a section for tickets like a ticket widget on the homepage. I thought Kyle was talking about the one on the homepage for the clients. Woops.
