Importing existing Plesk customers/plans?

Hi,

I have installed the trial, to see if Blesta will work for us. Running Plesk 12, and have added Plesk module and connected it to one of my Plesk servers, successfully it seems, however it hasn't brought in all our existing customers and their plans. It does do this, right? I must be missing something obvious.

Hi there, correct there no import from the control panel :).

To move them into Blesta you would create a service as an admin, and uncheck the "Use Module" option, then edit the service and make sure the username is correct. They should then be linked up. You may also want to uncheck the "Create Invoice" option, and modify the renew date to match their next renewal date.
