Adding Currency "cad" In The Bluepay Gateway

Hello,

Please add currency "CAD" in the Bluepay gateway.

Necessary code:

return array("USD", "CAD");
}

They may have updated their API recently to accept additional currencies. Could you provide a link to the BluePay documentation stating they accept CAD?
