Cron Job is not automatically

Im on blesta 30 day trials.

my cron job is not running unless i press the button manually. 

i did some google and i found some weird things:

1. i notice that others forumer posted their cron command is something like this:
*/5 * * * * /usr/bin/php /home/username/public_html/billing/index.php cron, but my format is something like this:
*/5 * * * * /usr/bin/php C:\Inetpub\vhosts\domain.com\sub.domain.com\index.php cron
weird no?

2. the cron job is not running every 5 min unless i press the button manually.

3. i try to use the cron key and goto https://sub.domain.com/cron/?cron_key=PUT_HERE_CRON_KEY, this is the format i found on internet, but i no have the cron folder? 

can someone help me up here?

wish control panel you use (cpanel, directadmin, plesk) ?

exist so many post about this and i belevie the path to php is not correct for you.

he's using Windows mate.

It may not work so you may have to jump and move to Linux which is 1000% better.

It'll work on Windows. Here's an example of setting up a scheduled task in Windows to run the cron for Drupal. https://www.drupal.org/docs/7/setting-up-cron-for-drupal/configuring-cron-jobs-with-windows

You'd just change the path to be that which you mentioned (https://sub.domain.com/cron/?cron_key=PUT_HER)

I'm having the same issue. I'm using CPanel on Linux. My Cron does not run.
