You need to set-up the uploads folder mate.

Inside your blesta find a uploads folder if not create it outside the public_html move the 1 folder to that new uploads and then make it 700 or 777 (up to you I do 777).

Then go to Settings > System > General > uploads url and put the url to the uploads folder.

The directory permissions should be 0755 if created by the user the web server runs as, and kept above any web accessible directory.
