Separate Upgrades and Downgrades

For products like KVM Virtual Servers, where you can only upgrade, but not downgrade, because of disk resizing issues, Blesta provides no such functionality to achieve this. If there would be an option to choose packages that would show up in the client's upgrade/downgrade interface, would be great. Thoughts?

+1 would be a nice feature to do or a option to enable downgrades and a option to enable downgrades on next billing period.

We would need to distinguish which packages are considered an "upgrade" and which a "downgrade". We could do that simply by observing the sort order of packages within the group, but I don't know if that would work for everyone. Thoughts?

Might not work for some. You can give per package options to choose which packages would be shown on the upgrade/downgrade page.

We have this task, but there hasn't been any forward movement on it yet https://dev.blesta.com/browse/CORE-2412 I'll bump it in the backlog.
