  1. when a client upgrade service, new invoice generated, service upgraded only if invoice is paid. Blesta suspend that service if client not paid the invoice .

    this wasn't occur in the past, we have noticed this happen when upgraded to 4.10 .

    this should not happen a the upgrade is a optional, so if the client pay the invoice the service will upgraded, if not the service remain in it''s actual package .

  2. you need to undo the change made to some files during multi-language install plugin, those  files are

    \lib\ini.php

    .htaccess

    once you overwite those files with bleta core files your are done, note you need before any change need to uninstall the plugin from plugins manager.

    the late fee plugin generate one late fee for each invoice . so if you have a past due invoice and arrived the late fee date, it will generate a late fee invoice, after that no other late fee are generated .

    the late fee plugin has option to generate a new invoice of merge the line with the original invoice .

    the late fee invoice is not attached to any service, and has relation with the original invoice, so no suspension are made if not paid . (this case is only if you have selected to generate a new invoice for late fee) .

    the fact blesta is not allowing plugins to inject their own function to extend container, we are forced to make some file modification to allow blesta support our multi-languages plugins, we will make a look deeper to see what we can improve in extending the container.

    we are using the same version in our websites, you can chek them in our main website blesta-addons.com .

    Wish multi-language version do you installed ? after uninstall the plugin you need to revert the lib/init.php file to it original state .

    i promise to make it working in 4.0.1 iif not working for you. the deal refund accepted in the other post, so two deals for one subscription is not accepted.

    Sorry, but if you are going to make add-ons for a piece of software that you can't keep up with to ensure compatibility, then maybe you need to scale back and focus on what you're compatible of handling to ensure a good project. Even having a "paid" subscription and submitting multiple tickets trying to get an update and not hearing anything for several months is unacceptable. Don't mean to sound harsh, but others need to know what they're getting into.

    sorry to hear this, we are sorry about what happen with you, but the components was working in our production server, anyway i'm sorry again to have you encountered in that situation.

    in fact i can't tell you i will fix in 24H, but we are working hard to make the most to fix any issue if we discovered by us or by clients, the HTML components was my mistake because i had already the fix but i have not make attention to put in the website in the time, even if i forget that i have made a fix :(
