  1. If Mandrill says they are delivered, Blesta did its job.

What you should check is that you've implemented the recommended SPF and DKIM records on your DNS. Mandrill has a page in their backend that tells you what this should be. Other mail servers may be rejecting your email because of this, if so, correcting it should solve the issue.

SPF and DKIM are correctly setup.

  2. Hello,

There has been a problem with customers not receiving their welcome emails for some time now. We use Mandrillapp for all mail delivery. The emails are showing as delivered through mandrill but the customers are still not getting them. This effects all Products everyone gets all the other emails perfectly fine.

  3. Upgrades / Downgrades have been planned for some time, but I couldn't find the task either so I've assigned it to CORE-1127 which is planned for 3.3. Price overrides belong to CORE-747, and a mass mailer is assigned to CORE-621.

We know there are some features that are holding people back from fully embracing Blesta and those features have the highest priority.

We think people are really going to like 3.2 with the new responsive bootstrap client area, new order forms, new ticket system features and a lot more. We'll build on that in 3.3 with upgrades/downgrades, proration, proforma invoices, etc.

    Looks good :)

  4. This is a massive problem for us and ultimately means we cannot use Blesta. Not only is it a restriction to our income, but would require our staff to double their workload for providing support for our hundreds of customers. Another limiting factor that keeps us in WHMCS

    I completely agree.

But since using blesta apart from the lack of certain features that a "Hosting Company" need such as the ability for clients to upgrade and the ability to override the price. including mass emails. if Blesta contained these features it would be perfect.

  5. Hi,

Another annoying issue is with most plugins with editing custom fields most of the time it is impossible if you delete a product then re-add it for what ever reason. Such as a migration as a example.

The ability to allow SolusVM to change the VMid and display the SolusVM Login Including the IP address would be a nice feature.

  6. We need more information as described in How to Report a Bug. e.g., version of Blesta, version of the module, steps to duplicate, etc.

I don't experience this issue in v3.1.2 of Blesta for cPanel v1.1.0.

There may be issues with some modules, like cPanel, not saving field changes on edit when Use Module is not checked, but this would be module-specific. If you're experiencing this with multiple modules, please create a new bug report for each one.

All modules have the same issue. I don't see why I should have to post a bug report for every provisioning module for blesta.

  7. "

    Hmm, you have a point.

That it still calls our module even if you uncheck "use module" is a Blesta bug though.
Recall there is a thread about that somewhere on their forum about someone else reporting the same with another module."

  8. I've not had that when editing a cPanel account, because I had to do that to get my customers services added when we moved to Blesta. Otherwise it would have tried to add it to WHM and then fail with a error.

The error is with all Modules.

The bug has been confirmed by a developer maxnet.

  9. Hi,

There is a bug with *Use Module for both create and edit.

When ever we deselect use module it uses the module anyway. This makes it hard to edit peoples services without having to it through the database.

This bug has been confirmed with Maxus a developer for NOCPS.

IE when I edit cpanel account details it does not even save them.

  10. I completely agree on this.

Having a option where it's possible to update with a off / on feature. so people can either use the automated update or manual update. How ever with the bootstrap changes coming to the next version.

Updates like this could cause issues with peoples custom themes. that would need Manually Fixing.

  11. I thought cPanel DNS only was for external nameservers which connect to a cPanel server to share the nameservers between a server cluster?

Like Server 1 and Server 2 use the same nameservers.

It has a XML/JSON API that can allow remote services to add / edit records through it.

    Please see http://docs.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/view/SoftwareDevelopmentKit/XmlApi

There are modules for WHMCS for this and several other billing systems. It's useful for VPS Based clients or allowing a DNS service through you're own DNS Cluster.

  12. Any help regarding what I asked before.

We have lost every order for the past week now because we cannot remove the price terms.

    Edit@

Manually went through every product. and changed the billing cycles to 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 and made every product that was having problems. have several monthly billing cycles instead. Seems to have fixed the issue.

  13. We need more info as described in How to Report a Bug. Although, I suspect the item the customer had in their cart does not have pricing set for the term selected. You may want to take a look at your package and double check the pricing. Going through your own order process should help narrow it down as well, if you can duplicate the issue.

    Thanks for the response Tyson.

Our only problem is that there are a couple 100 canceled services in total. there is a couple 100 active services in total. basically we had to Cancel every service and re-add them again when we migrated from WHMCS to Blesta. and ever since there is between 20-30 price terms per product. and we are unable to remove them unable we can find out how to remove all the canceled services. without doing it through the database. for some odd reason earlier on I had to manually remove 300 invoices from the database manually. as it randomly generated 250-300 invoices when we imported all the data from WHMCS to blesta. the Invoices in question kept saying there was already something added to them.

  14. I think he means reinstall the support manager only.

Not sure why you'd have issues deleting via POP, unless it's related to your particular mail server. I suggest setting it to mark as read and see if it does that. If so, that may be a good temporary solution as it will not import tickets again that are marked read.

Using PoP through blesta won't let you set it as * Mark as Read *

So I set it as IMAP and set it as read. and now it's fine :)
