Reply Support tickets to a Sub-account email get sent to the Primary's email too



1) - Support tickets sent from a sub-account email get posted with the primary's email under the " From/To " section.

Although we noticed that the " Last Reply " area does actually show the sub-account's email address



2) - We noticed that if we reply back to the ticket that came from a sub-account that the reply gets sent to the secondary email address as a carbon copy ( CC ) - AND - gets sent to the primary email address too ?


Is there a way to make it so that the reply email  ONLY  goes to the sub-account email ( last replier ) when the sub-account ( last replier ) is the one that opened the ticket ?
