[Blesta 5.x] How to use Blesta as your Website with Pages

Hello! How are you guys?

I was searching about using Blesta as your website and make static pages for my frontend website. I found the guide made by @Rodrigo at [Blesta 3.2-3.5.1] How To Make Static Pages By Modifying Portal Plugin

With that I decided to use his code, and improve it, so we can easier maintain the code, with lower changes at source-code of Blesta. With that done, in any updates for Blesta, its easier to backup the CMS working again just with few lines of codes.
