midbird77 Posted May 27, 2016 Report Posted May 27, 2016 Hello, I have problem with module multicraft , look that : Thanks, Quote
0 Michael Posted May 27, 2016 Report Posted May 27, 2016 Are your blesta files encoded with utf-8 when you uploaded them? there's some weird symbols in the log. Quote
0 Michael Posted May 27, 2016 Report Posted May 27, 2016 Captudre.PNG That's the database not the files itself. Quote
0 Michael Posted May 27, 2016 Report Posted May 27, 2016 ? Again the database.... the files end in .php and are in a folder known as public_html or /html/ Quote
0 midbird77 Posted May 27, 2016 Author Report Posted May 27, 2016 What is the name of the file? Quote
0 Michael Posted May 27, 2016 Report Posted May 27, 2016 What is the name of the file? All of them they need to be utf-8 else weird symbols crop up. I could be wrong though but I assume that's why. Quote
0 Paul Posted May 27, 2016 Report Posted May 27, 2016 Really weird. If the file type was changed during upload, it might make sense to re-upload the files using SFTP (FTP over SSH), which tends not to modify the files in any way. Michael 1 Quote
0 midbird77 Posted May 27, 2016 Author Report Posted May 27, 2016 I can not enter into SFTP or FTP, not my hoster does not allow me Quote
0 Michael Posted May 27, 2016 Report Posted May 27, 2016 I can not enter into SFTP or FTP, not my hoster does not allow me Don't you have a control panel? Isn't there a option for FTP there? if not I recommend you migrate to a better provider. FTP normally comes as standard. Quote

0 midbird77 Posted May 28, 2016 Author Report Posted May 28, 2016 I just can not access the ftp port 22 (SFTP) but port 21 yes Quote
0 Michael Posted May 28, 2016 Report Posted May 28, 2016 I just can not access the ftp port 22 (SFTP) but port 21 yes you only need port 21, port 22 is SFTP / SSH, and they might have changed the port number. Quote
0 midbird77 Posted May 28, 2016 Author Report Posted May 28, 2016 No one solution then? The problem could not come to multicraft it is installed on another server ? Quote
0 Michael Posted May 28, 2016 Report Posted May 28, 2016 No one solution then? The problem could not come to multicraft it is installed on another server ? If the encoding of the file is not correct weird symbols go in the files which effect the API calls. If you don't wish to try it that's up to you. Quote
0 midbird77 Posted May 28, 2016 Author Report Posted May 28, 2016 I want to try but I did not understand how to do Quote
0 Michael Posted May 28, 2016 Report Posted May 28, 2016 I want to try but I did not understand how to do You can do what Paul said, re-upload the files for Blesta. Or if you have cPanel, edit a file and you can see what it's encoded in: http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/file-manager/understanding-character-encoding-in-the-code-editor-of-cpanel Quote
0 Paul Posted June 1, 2016 Report Posted June 1, 2016 It seems like the error occurs when Blesta is trying to create the user and it looks like the email address is surrounded in other characters. First check that you're running Blesta 3.6.1, and the version of Multicraft that was included in that release (Not downloaded from the forums or anywhere else) Then, double check that the email address for that client does not have anything before or after the address. Re-uploading all of the files as suggested would be a good idea, but make sure to back up everything first. Michael 1 Quote
0 Nelsa Posted June 2, 2016 Report Posted June 2, 2016 I just can not access the ftp port 22 (SFTP) but port 21 yes To be able access SFTP port your user MUST have SSH access, useer without SSH permission can't access SFTP also, people misunderstand SFTP with FTPS ..ie FTPS (FTP over SSL) vs. SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol).... SFTP has nothing with FTP,and FTP port 22 doesn't exist..it is SSH port You need to give user SSH access and you will be able to access SFTP without problem. Quote
