Problem With The Multicraft Module

I have problem with module multicraft , look that :

Are your blesta files encoded with utf-8 when you uploaded them? there's some weird symbols in the log.

That's the database not the files itself.

Again the database.... the files end in .php and are in a folder known as public_html or /html/

All of them they need to be utf-8 else weird symbols crop up. I could be wrong though but I assume that's why.

Really weird. If the file type was changed during upload, it might make sense to re-upload the files using SFTP (FTP over SSH), which tends not to modify the files in any way.

Don't you have a control panel? Isn't there a option for FTP there? if not I recommend you migrate to a better provider. FTP normally comes as standard.

you only need port 21, port 22 is SFTP / SSH, and they might have changed the port number.

If the encoding of the file is not correct weird symbols go in the files which effect the API calls. If you don't wish to try it that's up to you.

You can do what Paul said, re-upload the files for Blesta. Or if you have cPanel, edit a file and you can see what it's encoded in: http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/file-manager/understanding-character-encoding-in-the-code-editor-of-cpanel

It seems like the error occurs when Blesta is trying to create the user and it looks like the email address is surrounded in other characters.

 

First check that you're running Blesta 3.6.1, and the version of Multicraft that was included in that release (Not downloaded from the forums or anywhere else)

 

Then, double check that the email address for that client does not have anything before or after the address. Re-uploading all of the files as suggested would be a good idea, but make sure to back up everything first.
