  1. Is your server doing any caching of its own?
  2. Yep, just click the "Manage" link next to your license, and check and save reissue under "Manage License".
  3. None of the CSS should have changed in relation to that, and I'm not sure anything really changed since the beta. Very strange indeed. Have you tried on any other computers?
  4. Looks pretty slick. What do you think of a "best theme" competition? People can create their best themes, then we can vote on them as a community.
  5. I saw the video, looking good!

    V3.0.1

We will mention it someplace, yes. Probably a forum thread, with the files attached.

    Release 3.0.1

As needed patches. Let's not get ahead of ourselves now.
  8. Are both showing tickets for their respective companies? When I tried this, ajax would refresh the ticket content and pull from the last company selected.
  9. Nonmerchant gateways do not save any payment details in Payment Accounts, like merchant gateways do credit card and bank details. What gateways currently request these additional fields? If they have API documentation we can look at, it would be helpful.
  10. Do you think the ability to enter a language definition in the terms field, which will pull from the custom language file is the way to go? Or, allow it to be entered in each language as with email templates? Curious what everyone thinks, and thanks for the suggestion!
  11. My bet is Google becomes more and more hostile to the hosting industry, as they encroach further and further into it.
  12. I do like Plesk, I'm just not too happy with their API. Thanks for the code contribution, glad you were able to get that to work in the interim and looking forward to CORE-622!
  13. Nice tips, but not sure #2 will work, unless you use a different browser for each company.
  14. The Universal Module will most likely work for you. The Universal Module allows you to create a "Product" with service fields that ask the customer the information you need. For example, you can create a service field in the Universal Module for the hostname, another drop down for the desired OS, etc.

    V3.0.1

/index.php/admin/upgrade is correct, if mod_rewrite is not being used. If that's the case, all URLs will have /index.php/ followed by the typical path structure. Of course, we recommend using mod_rewrite with the included .htaccess file, but some servers don't support it or don't have it installed.

    V3.0.1

Which were erased? This patch doesn't touch the database, so no module data should be erased.
  17. Two weeks is pretty quick! I'm personally looking forward to seeing what you come up with, and hope that it does very well.
  18. Thanks for the suggestion. We will be improving the search, but at the same time want to keep it fast. v2.5 was a lot simpler in terms of data structure, services had only a few fields, user1, user2, pass, opt1, and opt2 for example. In v3 service meta fields can be unlimited and can be encrypted, or serialized. I'd love more feedback on areas people think can be improved (and thank you for your feedback!) and we will be making some changes here eventually.
  19. That page does exist, interesting. I think they set it up, but didn't communicate to you what your login is. I recommend opening a ticket with them, and ask them what your login is. They should be able to get you up and running. What they have installed there is v2.5, I'm not sure if they have yet started issuing any v3 keys, you might ask if you're interested in v3. You can also download v3 from our home page and select to start a 30-day free trial in the interim. That'll get you up and running quickly and you can change the license key once they issue you one.
  20. That may be something they created that we're unaware of. Can you paste the URL that that icon links to? Ultimately, I think you may need to raise a ticket with them.

    Tickets Help

Under Support > Staff, make sure your staff user is listed and has access to all the departments in question.
  22. Hi! Welcome! What icon are you clicking on? Has WestHost issued you a license key directly? Thanks, Paul
  23. I have re-opened CORE-691 and noted this for Cody. I want to make sure this is in the patch tomorrow.
  24. We are planning to do Google Wallet, however it has come to our attention that Google Wallet will not support hosting providers, which diminishes their usefulness in the industry.. unless they have changed their minds?
  25. This task already belongs to CORE-514, and will be coming.
