This feature is important , specially in tickets . and if the client stay in the page , an ajax request to fetch new reply every X minutes and show a popup box notify with new response available will be the best of the best .(something like the gmail notice ) also for admin in backoffice , for example , if the admins/moderators are logged , when a new ticket or new reply by cleint , it show theme a popup message about this new ticket will be the best of the best (something like the push messages of andriod and ios devices).

i have tested from the scratch with the edited files as suggested by paul , but the same probleme . no error in the browser , it's a timeout probleme , i have put a setting for 5 minutes but still not importing all the data . i think the probleme is my big database data as i told in my first post . is possible to make the plugin go with steps ?

your probleme will not resolve until you should update all the fields in the database , i have already discussed this with the staff in the forum and in thier support ticket . the probleme if you use the importer plugin , normally the plugin should match and update the fields , for example , in V2.5 the imported should convert the fields user1 & user2 to match the domain-name and orderid fields . also is not nessasary that the logicboxe module store the ns1/ns2/ns3/ns4 and orderid . because the logicboxes API let you get the orderid by the domaine name , and when you get the order-id you can get the other info/contact/dns and all the other details via the API . so i suggest the staff to change the module to not store such fields and keep just the domain-name field .

i have tested also in blesta site , look for countries : france italy morocco Sudan albania algeria and maybe other that i have not tested .

i will try this ... is there any tip to delete all the imported data ? i have make a mistake to not backup blesta when it was installed

Hello the state field has not ordered well , iit should ordered from A to Z to help the customers/clients select thier state easly .

Hello still the probleme exist in importation ... the plugin can't import all the data !!! i have changed the apache setting , the time out , and all other aspect . any option to fix the plugin ?

Logicboxes is included is not in the deal . resell.biz will be your best choice ... they use logicboxes platteforme .

i suggest to make some revolution in the pricing system . to avoid multiple package for one product with multiple price . let say Product A normal price = 15$ , as Addon with Product B = 12$ as Addon with Product C = 10$ as Addon with Product G = 0$ i know we can do this with multiple backages and groups and somes coupons , but is possible will be great ...

one of the best thing in blesta v3 , is the way they manage the crypted field (passwords) . storing field with the MD5 or other Hashing systems/algorithmes is usefful , but blesta can retrieve the crypted password and use them in the système as plain text again transparency . i love this way ... what i want to ask now , how blesta do this ? blesta use a function to decrypt the passwords/crypted fields and other function to decode/decrypt the password ? i beleive they can not decode the MD5 password, so i supposed that they use it own cyption/decryption systèm . can the blesta dev share some tips or way to achieve this ? or is a secret of the work !!

That should not be in the cpanel module , normally should be done via plugin , as the others do , native modules, and modules or components that add fonctionnalities to the native module . We are waiting the cpanel extended module to see how they add the others function , I believe they need to code module that should be attached to the cpanel native module .

are you using JIRA ? if yes is easy to do it . and i believe is usefful to push the request directly to the jira instead of forum .
