V4 betas is not recomanded for production use . You should wait to final release .

The domain will not provissioned with logicboxes until the service has a balid domain and nameservers.

It was the same observation from my staff aboit font size in ticket area text . But finnaly they have adapted with it . I think the plain text should be increased a bit in core css files .

We have a solution for that case . Just stay tunned we are in the road to release it .

This plugin was is no longer update mode, As now the core support manager come with FAQ. But i recieved some request to update it . Maybe i will revive the project again but not yet .

I will try to update the library and i will check again tomorrow .

i found also the php version is not the same in two installation .... i will investigate more when i get more time ...

Interesting .... when i have installed the module in v3.6.2 and setup a test services, i call the license manager and i get a valid status .... so this is related to v4 b3 .

i will prepare a test server with 3.6.2 and i will check again .

i used the same example file in the dist folder .... and the same result ... the license server return the output of public_key but the remote script always fail to get the signature verify . is there sothing i need to check specially ?

no i don't have any access to the license manager , i have requested the module for test purpose , and from that date i have not used it or tested it again .

no, my client was to re-sell his module , and want to use the license module of blesta to offer licenses .... for this he need now either purshase the license module addon or ask blesta team to offer him a trial module license . i have a old license module but i can't offer him the files neither try to make a fix for files . for that i have asked a help from blesta team about this . is this related to the old files or to something else .

i think so .... all we (developers) working hard to make all the plugins/modules/gateways are fully v4 supported .

i have also my own license system, but i client want to module to be licensed via license module (blesta) , he want to test the result before he pay the license module . i can't give him the license module files because it was delivered to me just for test purpose , so i need to verify the working final code before i give him the files without the license module/plugin files .

i'm playing with the license module , when i want to validate the license i always get the status unknown , after so much search and debug, i found the validation is logging the key exchange in the log, but the in my plugin i get a null response for the requestKey() . so the communication is done, but the license_manager is not returned the response because a verifySignature eoor or invalid . where i should look to resolve this error . NOTE; i have a old license module that i haven't the time to test it before , the module was dated 2014-09-26 . is this version is not compatible with the v4-b3 ?

this behavior we can't control it via plugin, is related to the core fucntion, and there are no option to enable/disable links in the nav menu .

Wait to 4.1 to just a see small fix !!!! this feature is trivial for us and new incoming users to blesta .

Another case : We have a service set shulded cancellation to 14-11-2016 . Today is 13-11-2016 in server date and also in local date . The cancel action was run today at 13-11-2016 00:00 . The client has claim us as we have terminated his service before the date shulded !!! Another time i need to know from where and why blesta has a 1 day interval added to all his dates !!!!!

Normally you should run only 1 support manager system in your installation . the fix if for support manager pro , so you need to unistall the support manager and only use the support manager pro .

today we have critical case , we need to change module for package X to package Y , we have about 389 active services for package X . we can't manually cancel/create the services . we need this function as soon as possible . also we have in the past moved/migrated a lot of packages for our clients that need a custom module from scratch . now we have 3 project is frozen , because we have told to our clients that moving packages is not possible with b4 , they decided to freeze the work until the final v4 , one of them has back to whm** again . personally , when i want to create a custom module, for a client that use universal module or any other core/custom module , first think i see is the service_fields and package_meta, that way i make a module that is totally compatible with the existing services , as the client just switch the package X to Package Y , the client didn't see any downtime for the process , also thier client continue using their services as they do, they notice that a new tabs has been added to their panel Sorry to bump their thread but this a new obstacle that we are fronting in our work.
