I use them for where the customer finds us. If they found us from Blesta they go into the Blesta client group, found us from WHT they go in the WHT group, etc.

Are you using cPanel if so use /usr/local/bin/php

You can't use Piping and then mandrill you need to use either Local Mail (PHP mail + Piping) or just SMTP.

What control Panel are you using for your Blesta installation? What is your cron job set on the control panel? Do you have a manual provision on the order form or is it not checked? Do you have a fraud check in place? Has a order been marked as fraud and currently pending in the Order widget on the Billing page? We need a bit more information like the above.

I don't think it needs improving and every cPanel order needs a domain... On the right you said "Where's the Term?" It says there Term and Price… and if you mean the drop down the 1 Year is the Term and the Price is in $. 1 Year for 1? If you have two products the same in the future hopefully it will say 1 Year for 2 @ price. or in other words 1 year x 1 @ price = total.

Email templates and welcome emails are two different things… or does email templates mean welcome emails in a product? Oh yes WHMCS knows how to do things right… let's look at their accounting, adding simple line items, security? Packages welcome emails are per Package… You need to look at the big picture… You can't just update everything in one go if you think you can... do it, prove me wrong…!

My uses? I'm talking about every company I know. Not me. The whole world I showed you two companies offering services, they aren't hosting no but I can pull on WHT and show you pages and pages of companies using "Limited time" coupons. No-one with brains offers infinity coupons for hosting / or any services without a valid reason and then they are limited to a certain year again. Mate look at the big picture and common sense here.

Why? How does Blesta know when the coupon stops working? It sounds silly in my opinion, a Unlimited feature instead of the Max usage was talked about before and that sounds good but why not the start date and finish?

I don't believe in SEO, anything you want can be done manually (server or structure.pdt), a billing system doesn't need SEO minus the friendly URLs and languages.
