Yeah if it's a paid license you can get it re-issued via the client area, if it's a reseller it would vary if they have a module for Blesta. If it's a trial, it's recommended to email sales@ and they will help you.

Not the blesta folder, it's the root aka where the website is. /home/username/public_html/ => cPanel /chroot/username/domain.com/html/ => InterWorx. But the issue here is the OP's using capital letters... Folder urls are normally always small letters so he'll have to change it to lowercase or edit server stuff.

CORE-1008 is the To-do list number. CORE => It's part of the CORE of Blesta. and the number is the ID in the http://dev.blesta.com/browse/CORE to-do list

Is your root the same like this quoted above? If so remove the billing bit in your case manage.

I believe someone has their price over-written by the price override feature and then you are trying to change the term (1 month -> 3 month(s)) which isn't allowed because someone has their price overridden.

Everything is done on a priority (how many need it first and what is crucial to have). But others think a new domain manager should be the main priority and others like other things... it's hard for Blesta to balance it out. So tweaks are done in 3.5 for the SolusVM module to support Configurable options and some tweaks to the pro-rate, and then on the next version is going to be a big(ish) version but the guys have to think what should be done and how hard it will be and then mix them.

Yes it does, however PayPal does sometimes make a fuss and doesn't call home to Blesta so you might end up with missing payments, which is why it pays to use the PayPal IPN anyway. But you can use different payment names, but you shouldn't you only be able to only have one paypal account per person?

Why does the client have two accounts anyway? Why not keep them all in one place?

Maybe if they have a company name have it under where it says "Support title" in tickets? Eg: First Name Last Name Company Name Like we have: Staff name Support title
