That's weird why is cPanel using .so(extension)? never had that before. OP, have you applied the hotfix-5.5? If you have I recommend contacting cPanel they include free complimentary support and they can look into that for you.

That would be a good feature request, the reason it's not working is the "read only" bit that's why we don't use that anymore lol. We did try it when we first opened but it didn't work like what you expected.

you're best of using a special order form and only use restricted packages on it (as Naja7host said) and then set packages tick the ones the client can see. Soon Blesta will allow you to set packages and they will be visible on the order form for the group. The thing with WHM** way is anyone can guess the url ids and then just order it straight away.

Because the first invoice was before our cut off date. Therefore wasn't billed for the full month but from 12 - 30th, then they get invoiced from the 1st onwards.

The first one mate: Ordered 12th September.. Invoiced 12th September - 1st October. Then invoiced by cron an invoice due which should be 1st October - 1st November not the 12th September - 1st October.
