Hey mate, I removed the folder fully, instead of removing the inside (Keeping the config.json) and it showed the upgrade button, however nothing is shown (Probably due to the missing config.json in the folder) on the plugin page. Do you want to add SPF etc for every new account or just your domain? If so you need to look up Exim docs for it mate.

Depends on the control panel, I've set my domain up for them and DMARC but mine was easy you will need to make records for each one. Use this sexy little tool for SPF: http://www.anti-spamtools.org/ Not sure how you do it on cPanel though.
