    I've used both and had no issues with either module. Erm right... fair enough but if you're going by that, I expect a system to at least try to cut corners because php.net removed the function register_global... which WHM** did and was one of the reasons the big exploits happened.

    Domain features, the domain plugin is being re-vamped to have a table for register, transfer, renew, privacy protection as a addon... You need to remember Whm** has been around since 2005 building on the same insecure core since day one when Matt was learning PHP. Blesta 3.x was started just over a year ago, before that there was Blesta 2.5 which is full of features which you can see a full documentation here: http://74.80.216.101/manual/Main_Page "Rome wasn't done in a day" best quote ever.

  6. Right.... 1. Invoice is invoiced... renewal date updates to next month. 2. Customer doesn't pay after 3 days (/settings/company/billing/invoices/ I've got Suspend Services Days After Due set to 3 Days) 3. Service gets suspended 4. Customer pays, service un-suspended 5. invoice is invoiced a month later, renewal date updates to next month. 6. Customer pays invoice

    Depends, would you prefer features / improvements to Blesta or documentation? For domains just do a package per TLD just like you would making a package for cPanel..
  9. Service doesn't renew until a invoice is paid settings are done by the billing section on the company. Suspend after --- days then the service will be suspended due to non payment.
  10. Because the renewal date is when the next invoice will be sent.

And the plugin/admin_tools/admin_clients/ page is a white page. Can you load it to a non cache tab, because it must empty it when you click admin tools...

    I don't believe we can, I remember talking about it in the past, so I've always done it by paypal.com and it shows up as refunded on Blesta afterwards for the transaction id.

  17. Either the upload of the files failed or you haven't clicked upgrade on the order plugin.

I know what your saying but WHMCS is made for one system, it's not really multi-company, it's more of just changing the theme. ?systpl=whatever2 It's a bit like GoDaddy, they own Media Temple now (mt) they are separate identities and are completely different, so if you was to use Blesta the main guys at the top would be able to in one place manage both companies without having to remember two usernames / passwords, etc. But the customers see a billing system branded for them, and the staff don't know any difference.
  19. Are your domain packages on their own? .com -> tick box .com -> save .net -> tick box .net -> save
  20. Have you set-up your default order form Packages > Order form > Settings > Default order form. If you have what version of Blesta are you running? The latest one is 3.2.1 which fixes this ( http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/2644-order-on-32-portal-gives-404-error/page-2#entry19539 )
  21. Service Cancellation -- Service cancellation notice, sent when a service is cancelled (Automatically / Manual). So when a service is cancelled they can get a email. Maybe a manual / automatic templates one each?

  24. Would be a nice feature request I'd +1 so you can set up special accounts to install a wordpress only, with FTP access on Blesta.
