There no way to do this yet, but you can use CubeData's fraud record we use it and it checks the IP if they are legit, if they are using a VPN / Proxy they get blocked and you can also white and blacklist IPs. And also uses Fraudrecord to check details to prevent fraud: http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/5594-fraudrecord-blesta-module-by-cubedata/ We used it because we got a kid flooding our system.

It depends on what you create. Apply when service is added only => Means it will only do the discount once (when they order). Apply when service is added or renews => Means it will apply the discount when ordered and every other term (recurring).

Their thread... The one which you got the link to download it from... Or the support forums where people seem to post anyway. As long as the developer of the plugin can see it. The bug forum is for bugs with Blesta which are then added to the task list to be fixed.

Addon company = Allows you to have more than one company on the same installation, so you can have companya.com and companyb.com with one installation to update and log into but the staff who have access to one won't know there's two unless you give them permission to both. If you order a service which is "monthly" or "yearly" when the due date is here Blesta "automatically" makes the new invoice to be paid. You don't need to touch anything.

I don't know of a way to do it but it's bound to be but it's not recommended to do that as it's against the law in most countries, transactions must be kept on record, wether void'ed or active.

There's nothing yet, you can set-up captcha for order forms, Packages > Order forms > Settings > Captcha. Blesta is looking into a central captcha system soon which allows plugins like the support_manager to use it for submissions.

not every host checks certain websites it's normally spamhaus, and you didn't tell me your host, there's a few known hosts for sending spam and causes their whole range to be blacklisted.

Just remove the transaction for in house credit. It could be someone downgraded or if you import from another system.

Have you checked the paypal module correctly, the IPN settings? Instant Payment Notification? Blesta doesn't really need it set-up but sometimes PayPal fails and it's nice to have a fallback. It could be the client didn't click back to merchant and it wasn't called home.

Either just close them manually, so it doesn't send another one with a reply. Or set-up bounce emails on the server to go to Blackhole.
