  1. Looking nice mate and thanks for the mention Edit: them bouncy things mess with my eyes haha any way to have them at the bottom in a line or something lol. And when you click on a link to say Ask PauloV or myself it goes to the forum which requires a log in to pm. And the dropdown menus don't reset when you go back so it says the last visited label and if you click the label it just loads .
  2. There's only Joomla or just Blesta on it's own which is what myself and a few of my customers do but that's probably looked as bias as they all and us use our plugin. The Joomla customer(s) use J!Blesta though.
  3. I think Paul spoke about that where you can search for services, would be nice in a cog button like we have on the admin area which pops up a search box?
  4. Correct when you open the ticket you get an email mate form the default in the email template not the department but you do on the updated email template
  5. I would be very careful if you buy from Paul from there, I've had customers come to me and complain about their service. One customer bought a theme and then found out it was outdated. And another had a bad experience and then got called a scammer by him on the social network twitter, and because I backed the customer he turned on me which is why we don't get along. So I would if you buy from him, ensure it's a up-to date theme (Will work on 3.6.0), and ensure you are happy. You can link to Blesta by linking the direct url, you can get it from: How can I get a direct URL to a package? and when a client clicks the url it goes straight to blesta to order. There's a few iframe WP bridges for Blesta, one API bridge to Blesta but Alltoolskits or whatever he is called site's vanished.
  6. It might be a web browser issue? What browser are they using? I've not heard of anyone else having that issue at the moment, what happens if they click Make a payment and enter the amount and click continue?
  7. You're welcome. I've never used HostBill and thank god I didn't pay for it back in the day. Their latest price is $999 up and then you have to pay $99+ for extra order forms / addons, when you can get it free with Blesta unless you buy a third party addon / etc. They also had a big exploit worse than WHMCS where anyone could get a dump of your database via their auto-update system. Easy as pie, look at the marketplace and see how many cool developers have made plugins from Naja7host's admin tools to PauloV's OpenSRS module or to ModulesMatic's GhostBill order forms. We used ModulesBakery (before it closed) for our cool plugin. Yes you can, so if you have 4.1.0 and your updates expire and you don't pay you can do 4.1.2 - 4.1.5 but not 4.2.0+ Yes it will, it will attempt to upgrade all modules / etc it can if it fails you have to upgrade it manually. (Which is sadly rare, Paul knows how much I used to love pressing the buttons haha). It might be outdated I'll update it on 4.0: What Modules, Gateways are included with Blesta? I can't comment on the planned because I'm not the developers but Paul can help you. You can open a feature request or ask the developers of the DNS in question to see if they can build one because it would be faster for you and others.
  8. Nice video mate but she said you might be confused with the packages to choose from but didn't tell us which package was which and what would be best for us
  9. True you can say that but then SolusVM did the same and ended taking longer and people moan, moan and more moan, it's safer if they just work on it and then say when it's closer to being complete give a date. But like you said I'm just a forum mod what do I know
  10. Works fine for me: http://screencast.com/t/dXo2OnfY
  11. That's like me asking you can you get blood out of a stone.... It's impossible to do, and it's impossible to set an ETA for when the next version is out because they are still working on it and it has to then go through beta testing before you get even near a final copy. The only thing you can tell is via: - http://dev.blesta.com/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=1&projectKey=CORE - http://dev.blesta.com/projects/CORE/versions/10603
  12. Sorry but can you even view their site??? It's broken and down for me.
  13. Well that depends on how you set-up your Departments doesn't it?? It's a simple tick box.
  14. The email template for service creation uses whatever you set in that one, we have Licensecart: Sales and sales@
  15. Yes you can, I use: Licensecart: Support with the support@ domain.com for the email.
  16. I'm not sure about the timezones or the names. We have: Welcome to Licensecart's Support! Support Ticket Opened {ticket.department_name} THANK YOU, WE HAVE SUCCESSFULLY RECEIVED YOUR TICKET {ticket.details_html} Ticket Information IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR TICKET Ticket ID: #{ticket.code} Priority: {ticket.priority} {ticket.department_email} Our opening hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm GMT REPLY And Text version: Thank you for contacting our support team. A support ticket has now been opened for your request. You will be notified when a response is made by email. Ticket Summary: {ticket.summary} ---------------- Ticket ID: #{ticket.code} Priority: {ticket.priority} Status: {ticket.status} Last reply: {ticket.reply_by} Opened: {ticket.date_added} Ticket URL: {update_ticket_url} Ticket Department: {ticket.department.email} ---------------- As the text one is what we have in the html. However I also need to update our email templates shortly .
  17. No you can try it if you wish but it's there for a reason, We use the following: Licensecart {ticket.department_name} - {ticket.summary} #{ticket.code} [{ticket_hash_code}]
  18. Because that ensures that the ticket reply is added to the correct ticket, it's like a fingerprint but I suppose Blesta could use the code that's up to the guys because the plugin isn't coded to use the codes. And on the docs you linked it tells you why the hash is needed: {ticket_hash_code} A hash code for validating ticket replies Required to be in the subject line to allow for tickets to be replied to by email
  19. I believe in the array you put a class "fa fa-something" can't remember how though.
  20. There isn't mate, they are set via the plugins. So you have to sort it out via the support_manager / downloads plugins as far as I'm aware.
  21. Pretty easy you can find out more here: http://whmcsrefugees.com Disable the cron task or the cron job completely. Integrations you can see: Blesta Integration 3.3.x (Advanced) Direct urls: How can I get a direct URL to a package? You can disable the portal and then give people you want the direct url to the order form. Yes you can add the service manually or let them order and then manually approve the order which will only make the account after you've accepted it. cPanel and SolusVM modules are made by Blesta themselves, so they work fine, the Virtualizor module I've heard mixed opinions on the forum and it's managed by Virtualizor so they have to fix and help you with it. cPanel docs: https://docs.blesta.com/display/user/cPanel SolusVM docs: https://docs.blesta.com/display/user/SolusVM SolusVM doesn't have a map for the WHMCS importer yet but if you want it I can help you migrate with the plugin Mujahed did. You can edit to the invoices, or make an addon package or use your own module / API to create custom invoice lines. Sorry I'm not sure what you mean by that. That depends what you are looking for and what you would like out of Blesta, there's PauloV's order forms, Naja7Host's Admin tools, etc.
  22. never liked IRC, all I know is that hackers use it.
  23. How can you say it's a Blesta issue when your doing it on a third party mate? You said it refuses to do it so go to them and complain. Or do it yourself (manually) and see if it refuses to install, then say it's a Blesta issue. http://www.softaculous.com/board/ I'm going to close this as I don't believe it's a Blesta issue but a third party and if you want to feel free to re-open one with more information as stated on: http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/738-read-first-how-to-report-a-bug/
  24. There's no option for a skip and on Blesta's default it has a Skip button which is the third one....
