How to select Invoice Templates

I subscribed to Blesta Addons and cannot seem to install the HTML Invoice template, or select one of the other stock templates such as perforated or quickbooks.

I have installed html_invoice folder as described here: https://blesta-addons.com/plugin/store/main/item/6/ 

I click Settings | Company | Billing/Payment | Invoice Customization, ending up at http://domain.com/billing/admin/settings/company/billing/customization/

There is no "Invoice Template" option on this page.  Where did I go wrong?

I am on Blesta 4.1.2

The dropdown that currently has the field "Default" it should be located within this dropdown
