Prorrate payments of upgrades

One task that usually generates me a headache is calculating the prorrate payment when a customer wants to upgrade
his current plan, so I was wondering how using a software like Blesta could help me.

Can it do automatically?

I found this in the WHMCS documentation https://docs.whmcs.com/Products_Management#Create_Prorata_Invoice
but couldn't find something similar in BLESTA
