Words Next To Addon Options - How To?

I would like to know how I can add words / phrases next to the addon options, like what is shown here:

I know how to add the pricing options by adding another price, but how do you add the words / phrases for the additional items such as what is done on this page?

You make a package and assign it to a addon group. Then add the addon group to the product at the bottom like so:

They just have the names which is the top half. The product names are the ones shown with the prices. I recommend you try and copy say my Blesta upgrade with the above and you'll see

 

The more packages you add to the addon group, the bigger the list of options. That's why I have more addon groups.
