Hey

say i have a hosting package, where in i do not wish to provide support via tickets, and only by forum (which i have with a separate app).

how do restrict the user from not creating a support ticket, or disable the support for such a product for the user?

any help!

One of possible solutions is to get "Addon companies" and configure another environment differently from your main company. E.g. make certain functionality, like support manager, unavailable. But perhaps there's an easier way.

Well that would be a costlier option

have so many addon company for different support levels

hoping to get some response on the easier ways from the mods
