Packages Not Displaying

Hi I've just installed the trial.. really liking the product and will most likely be purchasing after the 30 days

 

Anyway, its probably a really simple thing I'm missing here, but when I'm on order page all it shows is the group and not the packages inside it.. I'm racking my brain trying to figure it out!

Are the packages assigned to that group active? What module are they using? A screenshot of your order form configuration, and package configuration may help.

Thanks for sorting this, but now have another problem.. 

 

When I select the product on the order page it is showing 0.00 in the SubTotal/Total Due to the right of the Checkout

 

again, probably something really simple!

It doesn't add up until you get to the checkout page. I believe they are working on this in one of the next versions, to automatically update.

Ahh... that's quite disappointing.

 

Hopefully this is sorted sooner rather than later
