Unable to Install Blesta via SOftculous

Trying to install Blesta and get the following error. Not sure why, the application has a MySQL DB but does not seem to be writing the tables. ALso seems to be having some kind of issue with the config file.

 The following errors were found :

• Installation Failed
• Could not read the config file.
• Could not make the query numbered : 0
  MySQL Error No : 1146
  MySQL Error : Table 'admin_bles842.companies' doesn't exist
• Could not make the query numbered : 0

Did you create the DB user? If so did you assign all the privileges to it?

Are you sure you have enough disk space? Unable to create files and database tables sounds like maybe you're out of disk. I'd recommend trying to install manually https://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Installing+Blesta it's pretty painless.
