Looking for the best way to implement a $0 or 1cent as the first month and then it converts to a monthly, quarterly 1/2 year or yearly plan.

You can make a plan for $0 and check the Cancel at end of term button.

Sorry for coming back but I notice the coupon does not give the option for 30 days so if you do 100% you can get 100% off a year of hosting.

 

Also naja7host when you say not recurring what is not recurring? Or you mean like Michael to create a new package for 30 days and the coupon can go against it so it will not work on 12 months hosting?

I believe you're in luck in 3.3 product upgrade after the month ends

 

There is a package option planned called package switching where a customer may order 1 particular package, and then it will switch after x renewals to a separate package. This could be used to offer a free domain registration, that automatically changes after order so that it costs something when it renews.

Sorry for coming back to this but the $0.00 plan does not work when using PayPal or 2Checkout as both require more than $0.00 or gives an error so cannot give a free trial.

Allow Pay offline which is what we use. They can click that and get it free.
