Welcome Email Not Send

Hello,

 

I turned off Service Creation email at email section.

 

I added a new interworx package , then  i filled the welcome email both html and text side.

 

When an user is register , he paid for the service he cant got the welcome email which in the package.

 

How to tolve this?

 

Is there any tick box to enable this?

 

I uploaded a file which contain the welcome email details. Where turn on welcome email? Because blesta not send it automatically

 

( i use mandrill SMTP services) and everything seems work

you need to turn the service creation email back on.  The welcome email in the package will override the default one.
