Service Dates Wrong

The service date on the invoices are wrong. We have a package that was imported from blesta 2.5 it's for clients who are on a 12 months subscription. Invoices are created 30 days before the renewal date. When we look at the pdf that is created it's saying the service is covering the previous 6 months & the next 6 months. Any ideas why this is happening?

I also have an issue with the service dates on the invoice. The due date is Oct 21, 2014, but the service description says Jun 18, 2014 - Oct 21, 2014 when it should say Oct 21, 2014 - Oct 21, 2015

Yes i am seeing the same problem too.

The commun factor here is term of 12 mounth converted in 6 mounth in pdf .

Question : the service show renew date correct ?

This service is related to any module ?

The old invoice imported , has the same case ?

This questions can help in identificating the probleme .

Hi, yes the service renew date is correct.

We are using the universal module

The old invoices don't have the dates on the PDF's (blesta 2.5).

This is the first invoice that's been generated. The from date - Jun 18, 2014 is actually the service creation date. If I have time tonight I'll see if I can do some debugging.

the imported invoices in v3.3 has correct date ?

Yes, I am going to wait for the blesta office to open & i'll give them a call.
