Selling Hosting And Domain In Same Package

How do i sell domain and hosting in the same package? (Automatic setup and ordering for both in same package)

Is there any possibillity to give away one domain free for each package?

I am not sure if i understood this... I could not find what i am looking for.. I try to explain myself again..

When people buy a hostingpackage from me i want the domain to be included and set up automatic.

Not so people first order hosting and then domain, or first order hosting and just write in a box some domain.

I am looking for a way so people click on the hostingpackage (from me) they want, and then type in a domain wich will be ordered and set up from my Enom account. All in the same action.

One package containing both hosting and a new domain.

You follow that tutorial and move the Hosting packages in the bottom box from right to left.
