Question

I have 2 packages setup in cPanel. The settings for the cPanel module saved in Blesta so I assume all is well on that front.

I try to setup a package in Blesta at /admin/packages/add/. Under Configurable Options I select cPanel. Under Module Options it shows my server name but nothing in Packages.

When I go to /admin/tools/logs/module/ I see 4 lines for cPanel (guessing for each time I tried to save a package). All 4 lines have input & output options showing *success*:

Input: myserver.com|listpkgs

Output: myserver.com
{"package":[]}

I'm using:
  • Blesta 3.4.3
  • WHM 11.44.3 (build 4)
  • Apache Version 2.2.29
  • PHP Version 5.3.29
  • MySQL Version 5.5.40-36.1-log
  • Architecture x86_64
  • Operating System linux
  • Perl Version 5.8.8
  • Kernel Version 3.14.25-grsec.3.el5
My host is Site5 - is it a problem with them?

Is that the only thing that would cause the issue? And where would they look for it? They're trying to be helpful but already suggested Blesta support as they don't explicitly support it. I have a monthly subscription - is there anything Blesta support can do?

Nope not really, as it's their "reseller" account,  you could try and disable the hostname checker and see if that fixes it. http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/1906-cpanel-reseller-bug/?p=14741

Turns out it was not a lack of permissions - the import from my old host included a couple of cPanels with unlimited bandwidth, resulting in the reseller account being 'out' of the bandwidth. Thus no more accounts could be created which makes the cPanel API not provide any package information.

Looks all good now - thanks for everyone's help here :)
