They are able to do the bare minimum through Blesta, such as chat, start, stop etc. Things such as FTP still need to be done via Multicraft which clients will still be able to log into.

Heya, I responded to your email this morning. As Austin mentioned, yes your clients can log into Multicraft. Blesta's module is the most advanced for Multicraft as many features can be performed in the client area. Check out the documentation at http://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Multicraft

 

In the section "Welcome Email", there is an example email content that includes the Multicraft login credentials.

Hi Paul,

I thought just reply instead of creating a new thread.

I've set up everything as it has to be, but when the customer pays the server goes on pending and I have to activate it before it actually starts..

How can I set up that it activates automatically?

Is your order form set to manual approve them?

If you use cPanel is the cron correct /usr/local/bin/php

No I'm using IIS but the maps are the same yes. How can I re run cronjobs Without removing the files?
