the client recieve a invalide sid in the ticket email , when he want to access the link it returned back to login screen .

 

the sid is

 

xxxxxxxxxxxxx/blesta/client/plugin/support_manager/client_tickets/reply/2/?sid=%2FcjfayT%2BA75W4ESzvp4yPL4ciQp3BOT7aitMg8ANriU%3D

 

is the SID appear correct ?

One of these reasons caused the redirect:

  1. The ticket is assigned to a client. -- The client must be logged in to reply.
  2. The ticket's support department only allows clients to reply.
  3. The SID was not given or is invalid.
