Problem With Activate Service

Hi,

I have a problem with activating service with Plesk module.

My client have pending service then i click on manage --> activate page loading about 30 seconds then show up this:

Then in plesk everything is ok, new user and website are created properly but in Blesta service still have pending status,

Please help.

Sounds like you have Blesta on the Plesk server and the Plesk is restarting before sending it to Blesta.

Exactly you have right, i have Blesta on Plesk. So have you any idea how can i solve that problem?

I don't and I don't think anyone who used plesk has told us how to fix it, does Plesk have a force grateful restart ilke InterWorx?

the fix, is to install blesta in a plesk server that are not used to host account .

 

because plesk after any account creation is restarting apache, and normally the blesta connexion will be reset .
