If you entered this key in it's entirety (including the trial- at the beginning) then your firewall may be blocking port 443 egress. 0 Alexbuy Posted January 6, 2019 Report Posted January 6, 2019 Hi everyone, i have the same issue, have installed in one subdomain and it didn't worked, the i have removed and re-installed to another domain/sub domain changed the PHP to 5.4 as this is the only one which can be run with and got the message that the licence is not available ( for trial installation ) Quote
