Unable To Add Cpanel Server - Error

Hi,

 

I Installed blesta 3.i'm unable to add cpanel server. i entered valid nameservers but it shows "One or more of the name servers entered are invalid." & i'm unable to leave empty this field. 

 

please help me to complete this.

How are you formatting your nameservers?

Please provide steps so that we can try to duplicate the issue.

you need to ensure they are on a registered domain, the child nameservers are setup and then:

 

box 1: ns1.yourdomain.com

 

box 2: ns2.yourdomain.com

 

and it should work.
