Global custom field

Are you able in the v4 to add the "Global custom field", a while ago in v3.  I made a custom plugin for that issue but it will be way better to have that directly in the core...

I have no problem to give you our plugin to help you

What do you mean by "global custom field"? Can you elaborate?

maybe he referring to custom fields for all clients/groups .... but we will wait until he confirm his intention .

Yeah exactly. . We are having a bunch of custom field that are the same for different client group. .  And instead of having to copy the data when we change a client of group. 

We created custom field in a client group called "Global group"  and assign all custom field there and all others client groups see them.

I have requested the same feature in the past , i think a option to make custom fields for a specific group or for all group is a great feature .

Instead of having a multi-select... why not using the same approch we did... having a Group called "Global" and create all custom field under this group.  This way, don't need to change anything in the database...and like I said, we are using that since a while here and it's working fine everywhere!

How the clients of other groups get the custum field of global group .we also need this option . A sample code to share ?

We modify the core also!  That's why I'm asking the Blesta guy to make it official so we don't need to modify the core each time!

i think the best idea is to make a aoption when creating custom fields to select wich groups we will apply this field . so we an select them all or just the ones we need .
