Blesta > Namecheap domain set up: Domains not purchased

Hi there, I hope someone can help with this.

I have the NameCheap module installed and a working order form set up.

When use the client facing form ( mydomain.com/order/main/index/domain-names ) to check a domain for availability, this works and I can go on to order the domain. 

However, when I go into the Blesta Admin area and check the order, its status is "pending." When I check with NameCheap, the domain has not been purchased. 

I guess I'm missing something but after a lot of searching of this forum, and Google, I can't fathom what. Any suggestions?

If the order was approved, and the service is "Pending", and the invoice has been paid, it will be provisioned the next time the cron runs. You should have the cron set up to run every 5 minutes. Look under Settings > System > Automation to see when it was last run, and what you should set up the cron job as. You may also run the cron manually here.
