  1. There's probably some custom code you can add to pull custom fields into invoices. Does it have to go in a particular place? Tyson may be able to help.
  2. An update is coming that imports packages and services this week. Thanks for the suggestion, some kind of indicator would be great. No CLI option at the moment. How much data do you have?

    Proxmox Module

It's looking very likely that Proxmox will be included in 3.1. Stay tuned.
  4. Just a note, this solves the issue where the hosting plans don't appear after selecting a domain. It does not automatically fill in the domain for the hosting plan. That requires a more complex solution, and we'll be taking a look at that later.
  5. It's in active development, and is very likely that it will be in beta sometime next month. I haven't seen that, do you know who said that? All very good reasons! Thanks for the suggestion, we are certainly open to the idea of partnering with a live chat company.
  6. We have a beta Enom module that is scheduled to ship with 3.1. If you have an installation of 3.0 (paid or trial is fine) I can send you the beta module for testing. We do not currently have a Virtualmin module. I don't have one in particular I can recommend, but there are several really good options available. I would probably recommend some feedback from the community on this. There are quite a few things that are different, largely a lack of extensions at the moment.. that's the biggest issue, and one we're working on. In terms of core features, probably configurable options (scheduled for 3.1) and proforma invoices (scheduled for 3.2 I believe) Blesta does a lot of things better, like better accounting of transactions and invoices. We have an importer that imports virtually everything except packages and services. We should be making an updated importer available with support for packages and services this week. It will be available on the forums when it's ready. I suggest downloading Blesta from the home page, installing and selecting the "start a 30 day free trial" option. Play around with it, let us know what you think and if you aren't sure if a particular feature that you need exists or not. Our development is prioritized by what people need most going forward. Thanks!

    Whmcs Import

Migrating to 2.5, then importing to 3.0 isn't officially recommended.. you will end up with less information imported than importing to 3.0 directly. I suggest waiting a few days and trying our updated 3.0 importer.
  8. I believe Softaculous may be working on a Virtualizor module for Blesta. You might follow up with them to see if that's the case, and if they have an estimate on when it will be available.
  9. It might not be too terrible to do a manual migration if that's the case. Have you downloaded and installed the trial? You can download it here - https://account.blesta.com/client/plugin/download_manager/client_main/download/13/ and install and just select to start a trial during installation. Here's the docs on installation, including a video - http://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Installing+Blesta
  10. We don't have an importer for boxbilling at the moment, unfortunately. We have a couple other importers to complete before we'll be able to take a look at this one. Do you have quite a bit of data in the system?
  11. Cody spent most of Friday working on the importer, and is getting pretty close. We should have something release next week, hopefully early in the week. Once we do, I'd love for you to run a test import and help us work out any issues.
  12. Sandman, is this all you need to make a switch? If so, we can probably build it for you to make that happen.
  13. nodes have to be selected at the package level. I have added a task however, CORE-832 that will allow SolusVM Node Groups -- as defined in SolusVM to be selected for provisioning. This will allow you to assign new nodes to groups in SolusVM and be automatically added to the pool.
  14. It should be included in 3.1, before the end of the year.. at least that's the plan! But hey, if you want to sponsor development on something else, or donate to our beer fund we're up for that.

    Rasberry Pi?

    We have one http://www.blesta.com/2013/01/17/cake-or-pie-video/
  16. I'll see what we can do about fast tracking the service import and wrapping up the importer. It's just a little... complex. We want to get you up and running.
  17. Yes, however the WHMCS importer does not currently import services and packages.. it imports everything else. I was actually talking with Cody about this earlier today, we need to get that importer finished up. I also know that you need a way to import legacy plans, and a price override for services would be ideal for this. We talked through it and know pretty much how we're going to do it, but I don't have an ETA for this yet. It's tentatively slated for 3.2, but if we have time I'd love to get it in 3.1.. I know a lot of people want it.
  18. Well, it looks a little blurry because I think the forum scaled it down a little. Just wanted to show you guys some progress, glad you like it.
  19. Someone sponsored development for Enom, and it's virtually done. I believe he is doing some testing still and it's very much considered beta.
  20. Here's a screenshot from 3.1 dev for creating a new configurable option. In this case, we are adding a configurable option that is a drop down for Extra IP Addresses. The drop down has 1 IP, 5IPs, and 256 IPs as options with unique pricing per selection. The field name and value are passed to the module during provisioning, and if the module is expecting the information it can use it to alter the way it provisions a service. Items can be sorted within the drop down, or radio, etc. Only items with a pricing option that matches that selected for the service will appear.
  21. I agree, I will be taking a close look at this prior to releasing 3.1. To be honest, it should be working that way and I think that was the intention, not sure what happened to be honest. EDIT: CORE-831, so it's not forgotten
  22. I like the idea, and I think conditional upsells have been largely ignored. This would need to be part of some type of "Upsell" feature, integrated with the order plugin. Can you think of any other use cases besides x% off for x term?
  23. As a general rule, we try to avoid becoming dependent upon a third party for core functionality, especially when it comes to security.. there's just so much more that can go wrong. Whether it be a man in the middle attack, or a downed service that prevents you from logging in. Our implementation allows for a 3 minute window I believe, and I'm pretty sure that's standard. Your token generator may change more or less frequently, but it's irrelevant. There's nothing random about a TOTP token, it's all based on the time. I think it's a lot more secure, and reliable to use the TOTP method as we have implemented it. It relies on no third party service, there are no fees, and no API calls that could be vulnerable to attack or outage. That's not to say we will never integrate with a 3rd party two factor service, but we would certainly never use it ourselves.
  24. Is that a popular gateway there? Please post a new feature request thread http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/forum/11-feature-requests/ and include a link to their website, documentation, etc.. anything that will help.
